Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started. However, when they connect to their Workspace app, it still prompts to choose between the three stores. The third store entry is not present on any of the storefront servers. The end-users are connecting from non-domain joined machines.

This is applicable for Citrix Workspace app for Windows. The logs and data collected can be used by administrators to identify and troubleshoot configuration issues. The logs and data collected enable Citrix Technical Support to diagnose and troubleshoot cases. Citrix Workspace app is a client component in a Citrix infrastructure that allows a user to launch resources in a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment, formerly known as XenApp and XenDesktop.

We have a problem on Windows 10 devices (1703 and 1709 release) with Receiver 4.9 over VPN. Some applications launch as a black window, and you can't see any of the content; in some cases part of the window displays (see attached image) and mouse movements are offset by the width of the black bar. The same session, if roamed to a device on the internal network, will display properly.

The issue only occurs on remote endpoints that are connected through the Netscaler gateway. Has anyone seen this or have any advice? MOST of the apps with the problem are IE , though not all. The rest of the applications launch and run just fine. The netscaler gateway plugin is version 10.5.61.11.
